Weaving is the process of placing two sets of strands together, on a loom, to create a fabric. Both hand-operated and power-operated looms are available.

Dyeing Department
The fabric dyeing process step by step that is done to prepare the raw material for further processing.
This process of dyeing involves several steps, including singeing, de-sizing, sourcing, bleaching, mercerizing, and dyeing. Each of these steps plays a crucial role in the overall quality of the textile product.
Quality Assuarance/Control Department

Every level of production, from raw material procurement to packaging and distribution of the consignment, is checked thoroughly by quality controllers.
Order execution and quality control: From testing to delivery, goods are constantly monitored. Clients are notified on the status of manufacturing stages and shipping on a frequent basis. We demonstrate commitment in identifying potential problems, and corrective action is implemented as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery. By inspecting material components, accessories, user manuals, and other items at the pre-production stage, risks are reduced.
Prior to shipment, a stringent routine of management review, crucial operational assessments, various third - party screening on manufactured goods is conducted.
Cutting Department
This segment is in charge of cutting fabrics and supplying to the stitching department.
The capacity of the cutting department is determined by the daily requirements of the sewing units. Grading, labelling, and wrapping sections are set up with a cutting department head, cutters, spreaders, assurance checkers, and assistance.
Stitching Department
Fancy Towel and Textile Industries employs the most up-to-date manufacturing and operational management mechanisms, resulting in a seamless manufacturing unit.

Finishing/Packaging Department
Since more than 40 years, Fancy Towels is operating in the textile market manufacture and trader. As years go by, the range of produced textiles has been increased, besides the regular production became the largest exporter.
